Vehicle Service Technician
Totton, Southampton
£34,000 – £39,000 + up to £4,000 bonus
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–6:00pm | No Weekends
An established automotive business based in Totton, Southampton is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop team.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great work–life balance, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety requirements
• MOT testing (preferred but not essential)
• Working as part of a close-knit, professional workshop team
The Ideal Candidate
• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a workshop environment
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
• Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
• Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 (DOE)
• Bonus potential up to £4,000 per year
• 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Christmas shutdown
• Monday to Friday working only — no weekends
