Hours of Work:40 Hours Per Week - 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
As a Care Assistant with A&A Homecare Ltd, your day-to-day duties will involve:
• Providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
• This may include personal care (such as washing, dressing, and toileting), supporting with meals and medication, companionship, and promoting independence.
• You will follow individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure each client’s needs are met safely and respectfully.
• You will also be responsible for recording care accurately, communicating any concerns, and reporting changes in a client’s wellbeing.
• Safeguarding, dignity, and professionalism are central to everything we do, and full training and support will be provided.
