About the person you'll be supportingYou'll be working with a gentleman in his 50s who has autism and epilepsy and may sometimes experience distress. He's active, warm, and thrives on routine. The right support helps him enjoy the things he loves most, including:
- Walks in the fresh air
- Horse riding
- Spending time with his parents
- Ball games
- Music
- Relaxing with TV
Your presence helps him feel safe, understood, and able to enjoy these moments fully.
What your role looks likeYou'll be part of the rhythm of his daily life — offering reassurance, structure, and encouragement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing full personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting daily routines and meaningful activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Building a trusting, consistent relationship
- Creating a calm, positive environment
Shift pattern - 10.3 -hour shifts:-
7:00am-5:30pm or 10:00am-8:30pm

Driving requirement - A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential, as you'll be driving a manual mobility vehicle.Applications are reviewed as they come in, and interviews will continue until the role is filled.Rewards that make a difference
