Your new company
This global licensing company based in London is recruiting for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 6-month fixed-term role with the potential for further extension. This role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, with all 5 days in the office.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Merchandising function. The duties will include:
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings across platforms, ensuring timely and accurate launches
- Creating and maintaining product listings and data sheets.
- Supporting order processing and stock allocation, liaising with relevant teams.
- Actioning price changes aligned with trading strategies.
- Supporting the team with reports and analysis on sales and commercial outcomes.
- Liaising with wider teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience within the Fashion/Retail space.
- Experience in merchandising is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Numerically literate and able to work with numbers, produce figures and reports and handle data.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
