Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - some evenings/weekend working may be required
Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 40 hours per week (07:00-15:45) - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £34,763 - £39,650 per year + company van + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Supervisor, you'll bridge the gap between schedulers and works teams, providing clear guidance and support while maintaining Kier's high standards. This collaborative role offers the perfect balance of site visits, team leadership and technical oversight in a nurturing environment where wellbeing is prioritised.
Your day to day will include:
-Delivering engaging daily briefings and safety talks to both internal and supply chain teams
-Conducting supportive site visits to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed
-Collaborating with schedulers to programme and coordinate upcoming works
-Assisting the scheduling team by programming works ahead of delivery by our supply chain partners
-Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Supervisor is great if you:
-Are familiar with material specifications and have highways maintenance experience
-Understand Construction Design Management regulations and Chapter 8 Traffic Signs Manual
-Possess SSSTS/SMSTS certification and NRSWA Supervisor qualification
-Can demonstrate working knowledge of maintenance programming
-Are passionate about motivating others to deliver consistently high-quality work
