Location: Dublin 8
Salary: Up to €75,000 per annum plus Sodexo Benefits
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Health & Safety Manager to lead and embed a strong safety culture across a large, multi-site account. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide expert guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management standards.
Reporting to the Divisional Health & Safety Lead, with a dotted line to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence across all service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead health & safety across the account, embedding policies, procedures, and behavioural safety initiatives into day-to-day operations
- Provide expert advice and support to operational and management teams on occupational health & safety matters
- Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, including client and compliance audits
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HSEQ management systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001)
- Drive behavioural safety and safety culture initiatives through leadership engagement and workforce participation
- Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances
- Develop and review site-specific risk assessments, procedures, and safe systems of work
- Support business continuity planning and emergency response preparedness
- Monitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver targeted improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
- Membership of IOSH
- Strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
- Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar multi-site environment
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and work independently
Desirable:
- Manual Handling Trainer qualification
- Permit to Work experience
- Experience leading or influencing small teams
