The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce, capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. You will oversee a large and complex portfolio of roughly 3,000 SKUs, leading a team of specialists and driving strategy to ensure sustained market growth and profitability.

Key Duties:

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management
• Lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, copywriters, demand planners, commercial strategists, and listing/troubleshooting staff.
• Set team objectives, track performance, and develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
3. Marketing, Advertising & Promotions Oversight
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising strategy while guiding the PPC specialist for optimal ROAS.
• Approve and drive listing optimisation, including A+ Content, SEO, and product copy, ensuring high conversion rates across the 3,000 SKUs.
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns to maximize sales and category visibility.
4. Inventory, Fulfilment & Operational Excellence
• Work closely with demand planners and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability, minimise stock-outs, and optimise fulfilment for the large SKU portfolio.
• Monitor and address operational issues, including customer complaints, returns, and marketplace compliance.
• Implement processes for smooth category operations and scalability.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyse sales, marketing, and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create comprehensive reports for senior management on category performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Continuously optimise strategies based on data insights and emerging market trends.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in e-commerce category management, preferably on Amazon or other marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, listing optimisation, and digital marketing for marketplaces.
• Experience managing large SKU portfolios (ideally 1,000+ SKUs; in this role ~3,000 SKUs).
• Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel, pivot tables, dashboards, visualisation tools).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
