Requirements:
Proven experience in a cleaning role, with a minimum of 2 years in a manager role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
The Role:
Supervising on-site cleaning team
Ordering and controlling stock
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors as required.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
Cover any shifts needed
