GreenSpirit Hydroponics is a growing supplier of hydroponic and agriculture
products. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative to support our day-today warehouse operations and help ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse. This is a hands-on position involving goods-in, picking and packing orders, stock organisation, and general warehouse duties.
You will be part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced and practical working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time
• Organising stock and maintaining tidy storage areas
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting other warehouse tasks as required
About You
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• 25+ With full driving license preferred but not essential
• Fork-lift truck experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in horticulture, hydroponics, or sustainability is an advantage
• Available to work one weekend in every four to help cover the shop
