Crynodeb

St Edward’s Oxford is seeking a reliable and friendly cleaner to join our Domestic Services Department.

You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the School. You will be responsible for cleaning a variety of spaces, including bedrooms, common rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas, all in line with the School’s weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, dependable and able to complete their work to a high standard within the required timescales. Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential, as is an excellent command of the English language and a positive, professional approach to your work.

This is a part-time time, term time only role, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 12:30pm. This is a temporary role for maternity cover and is expected to last until 19th June 2026.

The deadline for applications is Friday 6th February 2026. We reserve the right to conduct interviews and appoint for the role before the advertised closing date should a suitable candidate be found. Therefore, early applications are encouraged.

St Edward’s does not accept applications from recruitment agencies.
