Duties for the Bodyshop Prepper position:
- Preparing vehicles for painting by masking, sanding, and priming
- Ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards before the painting process
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting the team with other bodyshop tasks as necessary
- Advising on repair procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
Requirements for the Bodyshop Prepper role:
- Proven experience working as a Bodyshop Prepper or similar role
- Knowledge of vehicle preparation techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
