Summary
Job Title: Groundworker
Location: Barnstaple
Salary: £20.00 – £21.00 per hour – dependent on experience (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 26 January 2026
Duration: 3 Weeks
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a short-term project in Barnstaple. The role will mainly involve finishing works, so proven experience in this area is essential.
Offered:

Duties:
- Carrying out finishing work as required
- General groundworks duties on site
Required
- A valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Own PPE and tools
- Proven experience in a similar finishing role
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
