Manpower are currently recruiting for a permanent Dispatch Shift Supervisor / Team Leader based in Grimsby.
This is a hands-on role combining dispatch supervision, forklift operation, admin and physical warehouse work.
You will be responsible for ensuring orders are prepared, loaded, and dispatched accurately and on time. Shifts: Weekly rotation (6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm)
Pay Rate- £14.00 per hour *Please only apply for this role if you hold an in-date/ valid B1 Licence and able to evidence relevant experience in a similar role* Responsibilities

- Preparing pallets for dispatch
- Allocating and booking consignments onto the shipping network
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Strapping, securing, and checking pallets
- Recording dispatch data accurately (dates, quantities, destinations)
- Completing dispatch paperwork and system administration
- Supervising and supporting the dispatch team during the shift
- Assisting with production work during quieter periods
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Valid FLT Counterbalance (B1) licence - essential
- Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or team leader/supervisory role
- Comfortable with physical work, including manual handling
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident with basic admin and record-keeping
