The Trustees wish to appoint an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant with the appropriate qualification to work with our highly inclusive team.
The appointed candidate will work closely with and be supported by highly skilled and experienced teachers who are committed to inclusive working practice and overcoming barriers to learning to ensure the best possible achievement for all our children.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will be directed by the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver interventions and to support to children with their learning in class. Whilst at Silver Springs you will have a unique opportunity to work alongside our specialist staff to learn about our trauma informed approach and develop a range of skills and strategies to support children in an ethos of relational inclusion.
