Multi Skilled Engineer
Are you a hands-on, solutions-focused engineer with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly? We’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join our high‑performing engineering team and help drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering proactive and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment
• Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and implementing long‑lasting solutions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and minimise downtime
• Working collaboratively with production teams to maintain a safe, efficient working environment
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and company engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in production or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and take ownership
• A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and reliability
