The post holder will be enthusiastic anddeliver a quality service and ensure the individual is at the centre of their care ensuring they are fully involved in all aspects of assessment, planning and care and treatment as appropriate, including being professionally and legally accountable. The service is looking for a motivated and forward-thinking nurses as part of the Intensive Support Team. Youmust be able to care coordinate and should be able to work well independently as well as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload under the supervision of senior nursing colleagues, providing assessment, treatment, advice and support to clients, carers and other professionals.
