Summary
We have vacancies for Warehouse Operatives/HGV Strappers at a distribution centre based in Ellesmere Port.
***The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role & also be physically fit as this is a very demanding role***
Duties to Include:
Loading/unloading of cardboard and reels
Co-operate with management and team to ensure job is complete at end of the day
Work to timescale and deadlines
Ensure vehicle load is safe, secure and correctly positioned.
Correctly check and accept load documentation and delivery paperwork.
Correctly check in any returned goods and ensure paperwork is accurate.
Maintain communication at all times with the Traffic Office.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, using all equipment safely as specified in operating procedures.
Operate vehicle safely, ensuring driver actions do not endanger self or other road users.
Comply with safe working practices at all times.
This is an Ongoing Role. Temp to perm.
Days/Hours:
Monday to Friday /
7am to 3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm to 7am
Rate of Pay:
From £12.56ph
