Summary
At Gems Nursery, we believe every child deserves a nurturing, inspiring start where brilliance truly sparkles. We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about high-quality early education and child-centred practice to join our warm, supportive team.
The role:
Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and independence
Work collaboratively within a positive, reflective team
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care, and professionalism
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to inclusive practice
Has good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Enjoys being part of a team that values growth and continuous improvement
