Are you the right person for the job?
• Extensive experience in a Structural Director or equivalent senior leadership role
• Proven ability to win, secure, and deliver high-value structural engineering projects
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent client relationship management skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring, team development, and operational oversight
• A flexible and collaborative approach, comfortable working across office, home, and client environments
What will your role look like?
• Leading and growing the structural engineering discipline, shaping its direction and market presence
• Delivering technically challenging, high-value projects to quality, programme, and commercial targets
• Building and maintaining strong senior client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Providing strategic leadership across project delivery, business growth, and team development
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
• Playing a key role in the wider business strategy with a clear commercial focus
