What is the main purpose of the role?
As Spa Manager at Leaf Spa, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our Spa & Leisure facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
With a strong focus on standards, service and commercial performance, you will be responsible for creating a calm, welcoming and well-organised environment where guests can relax and unwind, while also driving revenue through treatments, retail and spa day experiences.
You will set, monitor and maintain consistently high standards across all areas of the spa, ensuring treatment quality, cleanliness, compliance and presentation always reflect the premium experience expected at De Vere Tortworth Court. Alongside this, you will manage budgets, control costs and optimise bookings to ensure the spa operates efficiently and profitably.
Leading from the front, you will support and develop a team of therapists and spa colleagues, creating a positive, motivated and professional culture where everyone feels confident delivering outstanding service. You will also handle guest feedback and queries with care and professionalism, resolving concerns quickly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have previous management or supervisory experience within a spa, wellness or hospitality environment, alongside a genuine passion for guest experience and team development.
You’ll be:
- An approachable and supportive leader who motivates and inspires their team
- Highly organised with strong operational and commercial awareness
- Confident managing standards, rotas, stock and budgets
- Experienced in delivering high levels of customer service
- Calm and solutions-focused when handling guest concerns
- A recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification is required, along with experience working within a hotel or luxury spa setting
