Summary

A well-established organisation within the Fire & Security sector is seeking a proactive Service & Operations Coordinator to support its Service, Maintenance, and Installation teams.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate engineers, customers, and internal teams efficiently.

Main Duties: Service and Operations Coordinator

• Liaising with customers, engineers and internal departments within the Fire & Security division
• Handle customer calls and emails, identify issues, and assign appropriate engineers
• Plan and schedule maintenance, reactive, and commissioning works
• Manage customer contracts, service reports, certifications, and documentation
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing based on engineer reports
• Support sales and installation teams as required
• Liaise with monitoring centres and other stakeholders
• Produce operational activity reports to support planning and performance tracking
• Provide general administrative and operational support when needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organisational ability
• Confident problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
