Summary

High5 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compliance-driven Registered Manager to lead a new EBD Children's Home in Sutton. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup provider where the groundwork (including all policies and systems) has already been established.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an exceptional ability to meet the Leadership and Management standard (Regulation 13). You will be expected to:
​***Monitor and review the quality of care provided.
***​Lead and inspire a new staff team.
​**(Ensure the home remains inspection-ready at all times.

​Candidate Requirements:
​***Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
​***Must have a proven track record of "Good" Ofsted judgements.
​*** Must have previously successfully completed an Ofsted Suitability Interview.
​***Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
