This will include specialist paediatric work in clinic and neonatal unit for retinopathy of prematurity adult cataract lists would be considered adult motility would be considered You will be responsible for the patients under your care which includes those being seen by your team. The post will include working with the whole team and the wider department and being available for internal as well as external referrals. The post will include an eye emergency department session depending on job plan and training route. There might be a need to cover other sessions on an ad hoc basis depending on the needs of the department. There is a requirement to keep up to date with ophthalmic practice. The post holder will be expected to abide by the GMC good medical practice guidelines.
