Clinical Excellence and Patient Leadership demands sophisticated medical decision-making across our trauma and elective units. You'll hold clinical responsibility ensuring dignity, compassion and safeguarding remain paramount whilst leading senior decisions that support junior doctors and trainees. Your collaborative approach shapes day-to-day management following evidence-based guidelines. Your expertise. Our platform. Exceptional outcomes. Your role extends beyond individual patient encounters, influencing clinical pathways and training programmes that will define and help shape the future of our upper limb service. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering excellence, with established Quality Improvement programmes and a rich training environment, this position offers the platform to build a legacy of excellence within our team Your 10 PA structure will see you providing elective theatre lists and clinics, ambulatory trauma sessions and contributing to our On-Call rota on a 1:16 basis.
