Salary: £39,676 per annum plus work car or car allowance and Veolia benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon - Thur 8:00am to 4:00pm; Fri 8:00am to 3:30pm

Location: Belfast, BT3 3JS (Mobile across sites in Northern Ireland)

What you'll be doing;

  • Working alongside the Asset Planning & Delivery department to provide engineering and maintenance expertise to the wastewater treatment and bioresource incineration operation on sites based between Donaghadee and Armagh. This includes preparing and maintaining asset documentation that ensures safe, efficient, and reliable plant operation, while meeting statutory obligations and company requirements for legislation, regulations, and calibration
  • Contribute to reporting processes by preparing and integrating accurate data to inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement group-wide maintenance strategies
  • Provide technical input into the review, update, and management of engineering documentation, including P&IDs, spare parts inventory processes, process drawings, and O&M manuals for wastewater treatment and fluidised bed incineration assets.
  • Assist in the delivery of planned maintenance projects, from the development of the scope of work, through the tendering process, and ultimately the delivery of the project
  • Manage the relationship between Veolia and various internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for;

  • Relevant formal qualification
  • Experience of working in a project environment
  • Experience in on site working or project management
  • Previous experience of management of contractors
  • Proficiency in digital systems, in the use of inventory and asset management
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, and criticality analysis
  • APM/Prince Qualification would be beneficial
  • Wastewater experience would be beneficial
  • Use PowerBI & Python experience in streamlining data analysis and reporting automation
  • Driving Licence
