We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced After School Club Manager to lead our vibrant and welcoming after-school provision in Bexleyheath.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the after-school club team
Plan and oversee engaging activities for children
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing
Maintain compliance with Ofsted and relevant childcare regulations
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Support staff development and provide effective leadership
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 childcare qualification or above
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
Desirable:
Experience managing an after-school or wraparound care setting
Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
