Summary
Who We Are
With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, we’re a family-run business built on trust, passion, and a deep understanding of what makes a house a home. From property investment and renovation to planning and purchasing, we’ve walked every step of the journey ourselves and now we help others do the same.
We’re proud of our personal approach and the long-standing relationships we’ve built. As we grow, we’re looking for a Relationship Manager who shares our values and wants to be part of something meaningful.
What you’ll do
As our Relationship Manager, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our business supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. You’ll build lasting relationships, offer tailored advice, and ensure every client feels heard, valued, and confident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Understanding each client’s unique goals and guiding them through investment, renovation, planning, and purchase phases
- Collaborating with our internal team to deliver seamless service
- Managing communications, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Attending property viewings, meetings, and local events
- Identifying opportunities to grow our client base and enhance our services
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who’s not just experienced—but genuinely passionate about people and property.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in relationship management, ideally within property or real estate
-Bengali language is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of property investment, renovation, and planning
- A proactive, empathetic, and client-first mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
- Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus, but not essential)
Why Work With Us?
- Be part of a warm, family-run business with a strong local reputation
- Work on diverse and rewarding property projects
- Enjoy a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work environment
- Grow with us—personally and professionally
