We require a dynamic registered nurse to work within our award winning team. We are a busy Comprehensive Care Centre, providing expert nursing care for patients with Haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders along with patients with thrombosis and those requiring anticoagulation. Car driver is essential as we work across all sites within East Kent and our catchment area of Kent. We offer a comprehensive induction program so prior experience within the specialty is not essential.

Providing expert nursing led care to patients with Haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders in both the outpatient setting and community.

We have a great but small but growing team of specialist nurses who work closely with our Medical, physiotherapy, administration and laboratory colleagues within the multidisciplinary team.

Full training and supervision will be provided.

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people.

Our vision is 'great healthcare from great people'. Everything we do is guided by our values: ‘People feel cared for, safe, respected and confident that we are making a difference’.

We have a new way of working at East Kent Hospitals, called ‘We care’. It’s about empowering frontline staff to lead improvements day-to-day. We’re looking for compassionate people to be part of our improvement journey for the patients, families and carers we care for every day.

The Trust is committed to supporting flexible working to fulfil our pledge as part of The Trust’s People Strategy to help staff to achieve a healthy work/life balance. Please speak with your Recruiting Manager for further information and opportunities.
