You will be supported by a strong on-site leadership team, including the Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator, and housekeeping colleagues. This role is for someone ready to take ownership, innovate, and lead the home to excellence.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the home’s team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Ensure all regulatory and CQC standards are consistently met and strive for excellence in care quality.

Passion for person-centred care and developing high-quality services.
Ability to actively contribute to the growth and development of the home.
What You’ll Gain:
Join a supportive, caring team where staff happiness is valued as highly as resident wellbeing.
