About the Role:
We are seeking a Qualified Home Manager to lead a care home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to make a real difference in a person-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing care team.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with CQC regulations.
Maintain and improve care quality, ensuring a positive resident experience.
Drive staff development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day management of the home, ensuring smooth operations.

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager in a care setting.
Strong operational background and leadership skills.
Knowledge of CQC regulations; home rated Good in the last 3 years.
Level 5 in Leadership & Management qualification.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
