The College of Medicine and Health are looking to appoint a full-time, permanent School Administrator to join the Administrative Team, holding specific responsibility to the North Wales Medical School.
The role holder will provide efficient administrative support to the Head of School and Senior Executive Team by organising the day to day operation of administrative processes and procedures within the School. Candidates should be educated to 2 AAS or 1 A Level or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area or possess relevant administrative experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy office/administrative environment and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Applicants should demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a varied and demanding workload.
The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Applications will be considered to carry out this role on a part-time or job share basis.
