About the role
The Apprenticeship Department is now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Tutor to join our well-established team.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will work closely with VTC, Performance Manager and Operation Manager to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our apprentices on the Engineering apprenticeships.
About the person
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong focus on learner engagement and professional standards. They will be well-organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Engineering.
Candidates should also have:
• Level 3 or above qualification in Engineering.
• Prior experience working in an engineering environment.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed).
• Competence in using ICT to support teaching, learning, and assessment.
