If you have experience in providing organisational development support, then we’d love you to be part of our friendly Community Support North Yorkshire team. This role involves guiding community organisations through change and providing support which inspires and enables individuals and teams as well as taking a key role in our successful and busy Learning & Development programme.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record of working in learning and development and the VCSE sector. The ideal candidate will have experience of group facilitation and session design and be a confident and engaging trainer.
