Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are recruiting a Junior Clerk for a client in Swansea.
Main aim of the job:
To assist in the efficient running of the clerks room
In particular – outgoing mail, DX, emails, greeting visitors, organizing rooms for conferences, looking after the refreshments, photocopier, answering phones, printing bundles
In the medium term – learn billing of criminal, civil and family, chasing outstanding fees, taking bookings
Knowledge/Skills
Willing to be flexible and learn new skills
Excellent communication skills in person and on telephone
Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Good IT skills
Able to work to deadlines
Able to prioritise workload
Interpersonal Skills
Committed and enthusiastic, wishes to contribute to the success of individuals, the criminal team
Diplomatic and sensitive to the unusual nature of Chambers - confidential, trustworthy
Work well as a team member - shows flexibility in assisting others
