Responsibilities:
- Prepare, receive, and verify new client care pack electronically, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Verify identification and source of funds for all new clients
- Update the company management system proactively to ensure an accurate status
- Complete tasks assigned to you to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients
- Handle incoming calls and other communications and respond to queries promptly
- Greeting clients and visitors as required
Candidate Attributes;
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Excellent computer and typing skills
-Excellent telephone manner
-Excellent organisational skills
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
