Crynodeb
Youll need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, be adaptable and confident to work autonomously and with other members of staff within a supportive Dietetic and multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated member of the team, with evidence of continuing professional development within their current role. Experience in nutritional support is essential. Experience in Leadership is desirable; however, support and training will be provided. This role will include conducting staff appraisals; Health and Wellbeing meetings; supporting Clinical Lead Dietitians across all Oncology pathways in service development; coordinating regular meetings with the Rotational Dietetic Teams and wider Dietetic Acute Team. Experience in recruitment, risk management/ incident investigation and appraisals is desirable, however training and support will be available.
