Crynodeb
Utilising their full scope of practice, the post holder will be responsible for: Providing enhanced assessment, triage, referral and/or treatment of a wide range of patients, utilising relevant evidenced based practice, local guidelines and Trust procedure working alongside a Mental Health Clinician in order to optimise patient experience and outcomes. Responding to the needs of patients in operational environments, this is a permanent opportunity now the service is established within Division. Ensuring provision of appropriate care, based on patient need, ensuring patients receive an appropriate assessment and treatment package alongside the Mental Health Clinician.
