Location: Dagenham, London (On-site)
Hours: Full Time – 30 hours per week
Visa/SOC: Minister of Religion Route – SOC 2444 (Clergy)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a committed Minister of Religion to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral oversight, and community engagement in support of the church and its charitable mission. The role combines leading worship, teaching, pastoral care, and active involvement in community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead worship services, prayer meetings, Bible teaching, and discipleship programmes
Provide pastoral care, counselling, and spiritual guidance to members and the wider community
Oversee evangelism and community outreach activities
Support and supervise volunteers in church and charity programmes
Participate in foodbank and community support initiatives where required
Conduct visitations and offer spiritual support to vulnerable individuals and families
Uphold safeguarding, church policies, and the Christian ethos of the organisation
Person Specification
Proven experience in Christian ministry and pastoral leadership
Strong teaching and preaching ability
Experience in community engagement and outreach
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the church
