Join our Group Management Team (GMT) within Group Property and play a key role in delivering contract management excellence across the Department for Transport’s (DfT) Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract. Covering more than 1,000 properties across nine business units, this £43m contract is central to ensuring high‑quality facilities services across the DfT estate. As our TFM Contractual and Commercial Assurance Coordinator, you will provide expert commercial and contractual leadership, supporting informed decision‑making and driving high‑performance across the FM Operating Model.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Supporting the TFM Group Management in analysing contract management information.Ensuring governance process are followed by maintaining accurate records or meetings.Support with the management of contract management software (RAMM and CEMAR).Maintain effective working relationship with a variety of stakeholders across Business Units.Management of the Group TFM functional box.Support with the delivery of TFM forumsIdentification of continuous improvement initiatives.Great line management is important to us as an organisation, and we will equip and support line managers to develop the skills they need.
