Concept Resources is recruiting a Temporary Contracts Manager to support the delivery of soft services facilities management within a large healthcare unit in Birmingham.

This is a 12-month contract role, overseeing operational delivery, compliance, and client performance across cleaning and associated soft services.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of soft services contracts within a healthcare environment

Oversight of cleaning teams and site supervisors

Ensuring service delivery meets SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements

Managing rotas, absence, and short-term staffing requirements

Liaising with on-site stakeholders and senior FM/client representatives

Supporting audits, inspections, and quality checks

Maintaining high standards of health & safety, infection control, and documentation

Requirements

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior FM Manager within soft services

Healthcare FM experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, compliance, and service delivery

Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment

Organised, hands-on, and comfortable working on site
