Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care in a dignified, respectful manner
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safety
Assist with meal preparation and light housework
Offer medication prompts where required (non-administration)
Provide companionship, conversation, and reassurance
Help maintain a positive, safe home environment
Work collaboratively with the team and communicate any concerns
What We’re Looking For:
Able and willing to travel to and from the Eastbourne and Hailsham areas
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and every other weekend
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
Compassionate and dependable, with a desire to support others
Aligned with our core values: kindness, respect, reliability, and dignity in care
Ability to advocate for oneself and others
Understanding of working in a person centred manner,
Commitment to total privacy and confidentiality
Prior care experience is not essential, but must show a basic understanding of our core principles (as above) and a willingness to learn and undergo mandatory training.
Please note, if successfully hired, an enhanced DBS check will be mandatory. Having a criminal record will not automatically bar you from working for Caring 4 All; this will depend on the nature and circumstances of the offence(s).
