Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Programmer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on development experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data protection
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 to 8 years of professional programming experience
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java / Python / C# / JavaScript / PHP, etc.)
Experience with backend development and RESTful APIs
Good understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Knowledge of security standards and performance optimization
