Location: BilstonPay Rate: £14.69 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:00
Job Type: Long-term, with potential permanent placement We are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Machine Operator to work via The Best Connection at our well-established Bilston-based client. The Role You will be operating a BLM LT 722 Laser Machine to manufacture steel components in line with production requirements and quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone with proven laser operating experience. Key Responsibilities
- Operating the BLM LT 722 laser machine
- Manufacturing steel components to specification
- Monitoring machine performance and quality of output
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience operating laser machines (essential)
- Experience with BLM laser machines preferred
- Ability to work independently on an afternoon shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Competitive pay rate of £14.69 per hour
- Stable afternoon shift: 13:30-21:00, Monday to Friday
- Long-term role with the opportunity for a permanent position after a successful trial period
