Are you a calm, confident, and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism? We're working with a specialist ASC setting in Birmingham, looking for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their primary phase team and make a lasting impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing, well-resourced school that tailors education to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to using proven ASC strategies and structured routines to help children thrive.

- Knowledge of autism strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, visual support and sensory tools
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Why Work with Long Term Futures?
- Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.
- No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.
- A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement.
- Trial days instead of formal interviews to ensure the right fit.
- Access to free CPD training, including Understanding Autism, Behaviour Management, and further professional development/refreshers.
