- Contributing to the overall wellbeing and success of students by providing emotional support, encouraging independence, and promoting social integration
- A relevant qualification in special education, child development, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (SEN) or in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
