M&M Supply is seeking dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Mentors to work within secondary school settings across Bristol. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional learning needs (ALN/SEND) and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
As a Pastoral Mentor, you will work closely with students both in the classroom and in breakout or intervention rooms, providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support. You will play a key role in helping students engage positively with their education and develop confidence, resilience, and social skills.
