Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Duration: Minimum of 6 months, with the potential to extend
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm (flexibility can be discussed at interview)
Location: ST4 5NX

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our
organisation, particularly within the financial services sector. This position requires proficiency in basic mathematics and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to financial transactions and mortgage services
• Assist with the preparation of reports and client files.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and general administrative tasks
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services or a similar regulated environment
- Strong basic mathematical skills to support financial calculations
- Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a small team
