Crynodeb
We are seeking to recruit a caring individual who is passionate about ensuring that our elderly service users receive the highest level of care possible.
Previous experience is essential and you must be willing to undertake all of the mandatory training required. Basic computer skills would also be an advantage.
Your duties will involve ensuring all care needs of our service users are met in accordance with their care plans, ensuring all electronic recording of care notes is carried out. In addition you will need to ensure that you adhere to all of the home's policies and procedures and work in accordance with all legislative requirements.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have a genuine caring nature and a passion for ensuring that care is provided with total dignity and respect. You will be able to work as part of a team whilst showing initiative and sound judgement and also must be able to remain calm in the event of an adverse situation arising.
Weekend hours are involved.
