This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor and influencing positive safety culture.

Occasional travel within the UK to other company sites and customer offices will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all departments
• Provide guidance, advice, and training to managers and employees
• Monitor compliance, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous Health & Safety experience within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable)
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a changing workload
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
• Good IT skills; SAP knowledge would be advantageous
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
