Summary

Responsibilities
Review and recovery of outstanding funds owed to Hays Travel and identify & manage risk

Competences / Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, high standard of literacy and email etiquette
Excellent, organisational and administration skills
Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Encouraging working attitude and desire to put forward ideas and implement positive changes to working practices as required
Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise workload
Flexibility to suit needs of the business


Specific Duties
Full investigation of overdue bookings and customers direct debits to determine risk
Send relevant balance letters to customers within the agreed timescale
Liaising directly with customers & branches to recover funds owed
Liaising with all Hays Divisions & head office teams to resolve any issues
Completion of assigned reports as allocated by the team leader
Data Security - You are responsible to ensure all personal & business data is kept secure at all times & any data breaches are reported immediately


General
To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
To conform with all Health and Safety regulations and policies
To follow the company expectations regarding service standards at all times
